JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to support the Country Manager, sales team and local management with commercial and data-driven insights and tools that identify customer and market-based trends, drive sales force excellence and ultimately support sales performance and profitability growth.
Responsibilities
Design and maintenance of local dashboards across all business units Stakeholder in development of centralized Business Information systems and reporting tools Investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities. Seeking effective busi-ness solutions to improve the way data is used to help drive the business and maximise growth Support function for local heads of sales and management to provide deep-dive ad hoc analy-sis (pricing, profitability, pipeline, activity analysis) Using data to direct and support the efforts of the Sales Team to drive sales including proposing, evaluating and tracking discreet campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and repeat ordering. Tracking performance of initiatives, monitoring risks and opportunities Supporting the sales and marketing team to identify prospects using data analysis/data mining techniques, feeding those leads to the sales team via sales leadership. Support commercial decision making awareness and sales campaign performance Work on bespoke reporting for either projects or opportunities with the Lead Team and Country manager Management Information reporting and rebate calculation for external clients Responsible for quarterly/annual commission calculations and key role in business planning and target setting process alongside sales management Maintenance of UK CPQ (quoting tool) system data and training collateral Assist in ongoing CPQ (quoting tool) system development alongside HQ and local product managers Responsible for calculation, communication, and monitoring of discount scheme Supporting the calculation of commission/bonus payments Link between sales and operations for data integrity Support the rollout of new systems and new versions of existing systems including data migration and system integration Adhoc projects The Candidate

Education/ Professional Experience
Graduate (or similar) in an analytical/numerical discipline e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Econo-metrics Advance Excel including macros BI system experience (e.g. PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake) Experience of CRM systems an advantage Experience of large databases Experience of SAP, useful but not essential Good attention to detail Good spoken communication manner and style
